There are a wide range of associated services which are available to Time Collector™ customers. These include:

Pre installation consultancy

This will help you to provide an accurate configuration specification including

• Shift or working patterns
• Overtime rules
• Quartering or attendance penalty rules
• Absence categories
• Reporting groups and classifications
• Reports and enquiries
• Interfaces to external systems such as payroll and MRP

Installation services

Trained engineers will install both hardware and software to get your complete system up and running including

• Swipe terminal installation
• Data cabling
• Software installation
• Time Collector™ configuration

Training

There are two main methods of receiving product training. The preferable option is to attend a scheduled Time Collector™ training course. These are classroom based "hands-on" courses which are usually held each month.

Alternatively you can elect to receive on-site training. This method is not recommended as there is a temptation for candidates to interrupt courses in order to deal with unrelated business problems.

Project Management
