Attendance Board is a PC-based application that takes data from the main Time Collector™ database and provides a grid-style display of current employee clocking status. (i.e. whether they are in or out of the building.)
The user can decide whether all employees or members of a specified group of employees appear on the Attendance Board display.
By clicking on any given grid element the user can drill down to view the employee's clocking information in greater detail.
In addition to the screen display, Attendance Board provides the user with a number of reports, both to screen and to a nominated printer.
Because it uses a local database to keep a copy of the Time Collector™ data, Attendance Board can be isolated from the host computer or network without loss of data. This provides users with the ability to run Attendance Board on a laptop computer which can then be used outside for a roll call in the event of emergency.
