Do I have to buy stock?

No. You only order software and equipment from us when you have a signed order from your customer. You have no financial risk. We carry the stock.

What do I continue to buy from time-collector.com for on-going business?

When you get an order from a customer, you place an order on time-collector.com for the relevant software licence, hardware and support agreement. Optionally you can order training and implementation services.

Marketing materials are also chargeable. However each time a software base module licence is purchased a further 20 brochures will be provided free of charge.

In the future can I sell my franchise?

Yes, at whatever price you can get in the open market. We hope that year by year, you will grow the worth of your business and hence enjoy selling it on to fully realise the efforts that you have put in. Of course you could always continue to operate the franchise and take out the profits each year!

Are there any restrictions to whom I can sell my franchise?

Yes, the new franchisee has to be acceptable to Time Collector™. Generally this means that they must meet the criteria set for any new franchisee.

Can I have my franchise taken off me?

Only if you break the franchise agreement.
