As a franchise you will be given 24-hour-a-day access to our on-line Time Collector™ knowledge store. This should answer any questions you have about running your franchise or posed by a prospective client. Should you require assistance on a subject not covered by the knowledge store you will have access to the franchise helpline during office hours.
Partner-level franchises receive assistance with initial sales enquiries in the form of demonstration resources and reference site information to assist with the closing of business deals.
